Say Goodbye To The Gym
If thinking about the gym makes your heart race and your brow sweat, you are not alone. Not everyone loves going to the gym, and that is okay. Exercising does not have to mean using resistance machines. I have created a list of easy ways to get moving:
Dancing: You do not have to belong to a dance studio (contrary to popular belief), to use dancing as a method of exercise. You can dance from the comfort of your own home. There are plenty of dance tutorials online that can get you moving. My personal favorite is The Fitness Marshall:
Walking Around The Mall: Walking from store to store, carrying bags is a low impact way of moving. And a great excuse to shop!
Walking Around Your Neighborhood: Walking can actually make a difference in your weight loss journey. Movement of any kind is better than sitting on the couch.
Running/Jogging: This is a more high intensity workout that you can do in your own neighborhood.
Jumping On The Trampoline: Anyone who has ever jumped on a trampoline knows that after a while, everything starts to be sore. But, the best part, it doesn't feel like exercise.

Kardashian Sister's Weight Loss
Kim Kardashian is working hard to lose the baby weight after second child, Saint West.
Kim(above) about 193 pounds 5'3'' pregnant

She has made it known that she wants to get back to "2010 Kim". Everyone knows losing baby weight is no easy task. Kim has credited rigorous exercise, including sprints and jumping rope, as well as the Atkins diet for her 60 pound weight loss and counting since December. She consumes 1800 calories a day focusing on foods containing protein, high-fiber and healthy fats.
Kim isn't the only Kardashian sisters working towards improving her health. Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian have also been working out regularly and eating right.

Khloe Kardashian(above) has lost about 40 pounds with her trainer Gunnar Peterson through strength training, medicine-ball workouts and healthy eating. Khloe Kardashian began her weight loss journey as a way to deal with the stress of ex husband, Lamar Odom's medical issues. Khloe began seeing the results, and loved the way working out and eating better made her feel, so she stuck with it.
Kourtney Kardashian(above, left) has turned to working out as a way to cope with her anxiety after her split with nine year boyfriend/father of her three kids Scott Disick. There are times when she feel anxious and doesn't want to eat, but forces herself to eat healthily. She eats organic and drinks only water.

Healthy Snacks
Changing your entire diet can be very difficult, so I recommend substituting unhealthy snacks for these healthy ones:
Boom Chicka Pop Popcorn
Boom Chicka Pop Popcorn
Snapea Crisps
Plantain Chips
Apples and Peanut Butter
Healthy Bars
Pita Chips and Hummus
Winter Health Hacks
Cold weather is usually an excuse for people not to workout. There is no longer any excuse because I have found a couple of ways you can continue to workout without the weather being an issue.
One Way:
In home workouts. They are an excellent way to get a workout in without ever leaving the comfort of your home. It is very easy to go online and find different challenges, like ab challenges or squat challenges but those are only good for toning your body. If you want to lose body fat, you should look up cardio challenges or cardio videos online.
The Second Way: Seventeen Magazine Workouts. In every issue of Seventeen magazine they include an in home workout. These are perfect if you want a fast workout. If you don't have any of their magazines, you can go online and type in seventeen magazine workout and find a lot of workouts pages from the magazine.
The Third Way: Focus On Eating Healthy. Eating healthy is about seventy percent of being healthy and working out is about thirty. If you are just starting out trying to be healthy, working out AND healthy eating can be difficult. Since eating healthy is about seventy percent of being healthy, I would recommend making healthier choices, and then once you are consistent with that add in an exercise routine.
